Shipping
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 days.
All items are securely packaged for transit. Where appropriate, shipments may include tracking and insurance. Shipping rates are calculated based on item size, weight, destination, and service level.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, transit times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
If an order is needed by a specific date, please contact us before purchase and we will let you know whether that timeline is possible.
Returns & Order Accuracy
Because many of our items are vintage, one-of-a-kind, or fragile, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Please review all photographs and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or failed delivery, reshipping costs may apply.
Condition Notes
Vintage pieces may show age, wear, patina, or other signs of history. These details are part of their character and are not considered defects unless specifically described otherwise. We include condition notes and photographs to help you shop with confidence.
